PICK UP

**COVID Pick-up Update! 

• We ask that all adopters wear a mask during pick-up.

• If you are sick, or had a recent positive test please let me know prior to our pick-up appointment (the sooner, the better). Don't worry. Your rats will be put on hold for you until you've finished quarantining or receive a negative test back.

A few notes on picking up your new ratty!

1. Please come ready with a carrier! We may be able to provide a box, but we won’t bring one unless asked.

2. If you are going to be traveling with your ratty for longer than 30 minutes, we suggest bringing snacks, like cheerios, and cucumber or blueberries for hydration. (This isn’t required, but the rats enjoy it)

3. If you are going to be late, or can’t make it, please let us know. We understand that bad weather and traffic happen. We understand that things come up. Contact us, and we can figure out another meeting time!

4. If you miss your appointment, and haven’t contacted us, we will wait 15 minutes before leaving.

5. If you miss your appointment, and haven’t contacted us within 2 hours of your missed appointment, your rat will no longer be reserved, and will be available for adoption by our other approved adopters.

Our Penfield pick-up location is Pet Supplies Plus - 2157 Penfield Rd, Penfield, NY 14526

*With our recent move, we are still working on new pick-up locations. As always, we want to work with our adopters to get our rats to their new homes.
